Our first ever "Starry, Starry Night in Rome" was a fabulous success! On March 13th, our "Roman" guests were transported back to the exciting world of ancient Rome. It was a fun-filled evening with live music and a satrical look at the Assassination of Caesar!
Guests participated in solving Italian riddles, learned fun facts about ancient Roman civiliztions and enjoyed a fabulous Italian dinner prepared by dedicated Warden Woods' volunteers. Guest participated in a live auction with fabulous prizes including a trip to Quebec City. A few exclaimed that they would be back next year because there were so many wonderful items to bid on.
All the money raised went to support our programmes and services at Warden Woods Community Cnetre.
We are most definitely going to begin planning for next year. How about "Starry, Starry Night in Glamourous Hollywood" or at "Woodstock" or in "China" or........
